Absolutely incredible! Nanette is phenomenal, she is a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is not only an excellent professional but her emotional intelligence and humble loving heart is so evident in the way she works with kids. She take the time to clinically care as well as boost the kids to have self belief and confidence. We have only just started down this road but I couldnt be more grateful we found her!

Nanette Hay is phenomenal. I cannot express how kind, patient and insightful she is. She is invested in getting to the root cause of the problem. Nanette takes her time and listens to the child and answers in ways they can understand. She picks up on sensory issues, the nervous system and so many aspects that one doesn’t think has anything to do with vision! I am blown away by this optometrist and so grateful that my daughter is on a healing journey with her.
